Your Instructor
Iām Patricia Samaniego, an award winning evening wear couture designer and founder of the online Academy of Couture Dressmaking and Haute Fashion Studio. I have 20 years of dress design expertise and have been teaching since 2012. My passion for couture has given me the opportunity to create costumes for a show in Las Vegas to working in couture house in London, England sewing garments for members of the Royal family. Over the years I have continued to learn couture techniques that has given me recognition in the fashion industry. Through trial and error and plenty of books I was able to teach myself how to elevate my sewing skills to create couture gowns. I'm now able to share my expertise and the knowledge I've gained to teach the next generation of aspiring dressmakers!
